Hi! I have a complete new look for you today, wearing my new faux fur jacket and velvet trousers by Topshop,

Man repelling..this Kenzo x H&M dress is bright and pink and blue, and a little bit too much for most people. But does that stop me from buying it and wearing it? Nope! Haha, in fact this is my little birthday present to myself. I was happy to find this dress when I visited the H&M on the day of the Kenzo x H&M launch. I treated myself to this man repelling, bright coloured dress, that makes me look and feel like I’m still in my twenties. Forever young, right?
& Other Stories, the little sister of H&M, is launching it’s collaboration with Rodarte today! The capsule collection contains apparel, shoes and accessories. I love the collection that they’s published online, but was kinda hoping for it to have a more affordable version of the sweatshirt or t-shirt with the brand’s logo on it. Sadly, that is not the case. However, it does have lurex sweaters, velvet trousers, lovely dresses, and gorgeous patchwork leather skirts and boots. Those boots are definitely on my ‘if I wasn’t a broke musician’ wishlist.

H&M has a really cool homeware department. Sadly we the H&M in my city doesn’t have one, but that doesn’t stop me from making endless homeware wishlists. Especially since it’s almost my birthday and Christmas. Not that I’m a big fan of Christmas decorations, but I am addicted to buying candles, candle holders, pillows and other little interior things…One thing that’s definitely missing is that cute little marble plate that everybody but me seems to own. Even better: H&M has plates, cups, frames with a light or dark marble print!
The homeware collection of H&M is always trendy and affordable. Great for whenever you feel like changing up things, but don’t have a huge budget to spend. The thing of it being so budget friendly makes it a little bit risky for me, since I always end up buying 4 candles instead of one.. Maybe it’s better for my bank balance that there isn’t a store in my city.
I love the mirror, it has a lovely antique vibe to it, and what do you think of the cute little pineapple candle holder? Do you ever shop at H&M home?
All items are available at H&M Home.
Today I’m showing you my new super seventies jumpsuit by H&M. I love the print and color, it has a great 70s feel to it, doesn’t it? I found this jacket in my basement storage, it was one of those pieces I was planning to sell, but then rediscovered my love for it! I could probably start my own second hand clothing store, with the amount of stuff I’m saving in my basement.(Maybe I really should do something about it.) H&M has some really cool affordable items in their collection at the moment, like this 70s trend jumpsuit, lots of prints, flared pants, faux fur and suede. (Shoptip!) [Read more…]
Hi! So, it’s official, my summer holiday has started! I travelled a weekend to Vlieland, and performed there with my Fleetwood Mac Tribute band ‘Seven Wonders‘. A long weekend of beach fun, music, friends and lots of alcohol, card games..well just the perfect way to kickstart my time off from work. :)
I sadly had to part ways with my trusty Macbook btw, since I accidentally dropped a glass of water over it…ARGH:(
Since I’ve been back from Vlieland, I’ve been revamping my boyfriend’s old Macbook. (So happy we kept it) Let’s just say, it’s been a little bit of a struggle. But it’s finally working, and it also stopped raining, so I managed to shoot an outfit again.
I’m also planning to revamp my blog, trying to set up a new layout sometime this week. YAY!
Today’s outfit features a long lost friend of mine, my River Island printed overalls, or catsuit, or whatever the hell you call it. It’s been hiding in the back of my closet, so glad I kept it! Curious?
Hi! Hope you’re doing well :) If you’re wondering why I’m not blogging as much as before, it’s because I’ve been busy with the last weeks of vocal coaching before the summer holiday starts. Rehearsals, examens, and yesterday a few of my students had their performing night. This is the outfit I wore, simple and feminine. Just how I like it! Curious?
Hi! So I managed to shoot an outfit yesterday, was lucky enough that the rain actually stopped for a bit. I’ve been busy with work, (I’m a vocal coach) and am in the middle of wrapping up the year, which means examens, auditions with new students and performing nights! I’m showing you an outfit with mostly camel toned items. It would’ve looked so much better without these tights, but it was just too damn cold. How cool is my supermodel t-shirt by Missguided? It pays tribute to some of my favorite models: Naomi Cambell, Kate Moss, Cara Delevigne and Jourdan Dunn. Curious? [Read more…]
